Nasser Gymnastics Academy Payment Policies

Tuition

Tuition is due the 1st of every month. Tuition is prorated for the first month a child is registered, otherwise monthly tuition is required, in full, on the 1st of each month.

The tuition amount reflects the guarantee of your child’s place in his/her class through the month. Refunds are not provided for classes missed (see Make-ups below for policies on missed classes).

Late Charges and Enrollment Cancellation 

A late charge of $10 will be applied to any accounts paid past the 7th of the month. Billing reminders will not be sent. It is recommended that you sign up for auto draft payments to avoid late charges.

If payment is not received by the 15th of the month, the student’s enrollment may be canceled. If you wish to discontinue your child’s enrollment, you must provide notice to the front office by the 15th of the previous month to avoid additional charges.

Convenience Fee

A 3.75% convenience fee is added to all transactions. Charges are waived for recurring auto draft (ACH) payments and payments received online through the nassergym.net website.

Make-up Classes

Once you enroll and pay the monthly tuition, your child’s place is guaranteed through the month for the class in which they are registered, whether they attend or not. Because of this hold, refunds will not be issued. Make-ups are provided in the case of COVID or OTHER ILLNESSES as specified below.

All make-ups must be scheduled and confirmed with the office at least 48 hours in advance of attendance. Failure to schedule in advance will not guarantee your child’s spot in another class.

COVID: If your child tests positive for COVID, please do not bring them to practice for at least 5 days. Make-up for day(s) missed may be scheduled once the office is provided with proof of a positive test for the child.

OTHER ILLNESSES: If your child is sick with a contagious illness, please do not bring them to practice. Make-up for day(s) missed may be scheduled once the office is provided with a signed doctor’s note for the child.

Tuition Rates
